Quirky British songwriter Frank Hamilton and his band have spent 2006 making friends and waves throughout the south-east.
A finalist in the MBF Songwriting Awards 2005 Frank (just 21) secured publishing for the self release “End Of Common Sense EP” in June 2006 and a month later released debut single “I Can’t Stand You (‘coz you bore me senseless)” on Platinum/Universal Digital.
Touring extensively throughout the summer, over 500 copies of the single were sold as the live show was taken well and truly outside the confines of the M25.
Having just completed a 10 date tour with a memorable headline slot at the Troubadour Club, Frank and the band are set to record an eagerly anticipated EP. The 6 Track concept offering will include live favourites 'I Just Don't' and '...To Figure You Out' as well as the forthcoming single 'Disco Fever'.
The delivery and immediacy of Franks songwriting, coupled with his poignant, everyday lyrics mean the world will be hearing a lot more of what Frank Hamilton and his band have to say.
